You want your brand to be touted as an industry leader. That means, expertly speaking about topics related to your industry (think tangentially), joining the conversation already happening, and being accessible to all your current customers and prospects.

When you consistently share relevant, important and useful information, the folks at the top of your funnel (aka the readers) will look to your business as a subject matter expert and, in the long run, want to do business with you ‒ because they know, like, and trust your business.

You need to stand out from the crowd and the best way to do that is to offer up fun and unique content. Two of my favourite ways to do that is with blogs and explainer videos. In fact, I combined these two things to bring you a four-part series:

Reasons To Blog. This, ladies and gentlemen, is why you should blog…

Reason #1
The obvious reason is to drive (more) traffic to your website.

Reason #3
By sharing helpful information, your blog will help you grow your community.

Reason #2
Blogs build up your SEO ranking, which helps get you more (organic) traffic.

Reason #4
Your blog is the top of your sales funnel and can help move your prospects down to purchasing.
